You can just wait, game will load after few more seconds or do a little fix.Read about it here:

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/61690-63-program-responding-timeout-edit

How to fix it:
1. Press the WINDOWS KEY + R keys to open the Run dialog, type "regedit", and click/tap on OK.
2. In regedit, navigate to the location below (or use edit/find for "HungAppTimeout")
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
3. In the right panel , double/click tap on the "HungAppTimeout" string value to modify it.Check the picture link below:

https://www.eightforums.com/attachments/tutorials/33564d1387346669t-hungapptimeout-threshold-specify-windows-current_user_hungapptimeout_reg.jpg?s=7cdbd3fa8c18e3aff19268e80db3079f

Note: On some windows10 you need to add "HungAppTimeout" manualy.
4. Type in a number for how many milliseconds you want to have for the HungAppTimeout value, and click/tap on OK. (I use 600000)
5. When finished, restart the PC to apply.
